Go to your "Control
Go to your "Control Panel"-->"Programs"-->"Uninstall a program" and try uninstalling it from there.
For whatever reason, the uninstall.exe is not in the spiral folder if you are using Windows 7 (at least from my experience.) Uninstalling from your Control Panel should work.

It should appear as "Sprial
It should appear as "Sprial Knights" in the Control Panel, with a generic icon next to it.
Are you sure it's not in the Control Panel AND not in the folders that Dogrock described?

Confirmed, Spiral Knights
Confirmed, Spiral Knights does not create an entry in Control Panel>Programs & Features in WIN7.
And spontaneously launches like some kind of ad poppup. Lovely.

Same problem - tried to
Same problem - tried to uninstall after game kept crashing/lagging, and there is no option in Win 7 for uninstalling from the control panel or from the 'source' folder.

type in %appdata% in your
type in %appdata% in your windows explorer address bar and access the three rings design folder, there is an uninstaller there.

What about Windows XP?
Does anyone know how to uninstall Spiral Knights from Windows XP?
On Windows:
If you used the downloadable client there should be an "uninstall.exe" in the forlder where you directed the game to install.
If you used the webdownloader there should be an "uninstall.exe" in C:\Users\*username*\AppData\LocalLow\spiral
