This contest isn't very organized. :v You shouldn't just choose somebody right away, there should be a user vote or several judges.
But anyway, for a lot of us its still the 15th here if its the 16th for you?? There should also be a exact time the contest ends, not whenever you feel like posting and ending it.

Disagreed on the community voting part, if the contest organizer wants to be the only judge then that's fine, it's his contest after all. But yeah, the part where he decided the contest ended at midnight (I assume, anyway) threw me off, usually when the deadline is set at a certain day, people have until that day to finish their entries. And I just didn't have time to finish mine until today (I didn't expect a drawing as simple as mine to take as much time as it did.)
But, oh well. C'est la vie.
