i have
sudaruska vh ctr, and with two trinkets and a vog its still depressingly slow. I think for this weapon ctr ends up being more useful than the asi. just my opinion, for whatever thats worth.
(and just to clarify, my sudaruska is not for sell. so i'm not honking ctr to try and say you should buy mine :)
~~also, don't know if you've used the weapon much, but in case you haven't, its pretty badass in solo play, but sorta useless in group play. in group play its all out worse than a levi :/
but if you are intimately aware of its strengths and weaknesses and still want it, more power to you.
fyi weapon UVs do not go past VH, so max does not exist as a UV
