Anyway, I got a Blitz with a total of CTR high. Worth trading for a Plague Needle? I got the Coins to get the recipes.
So:
•Poison worth it?
•Can it OHKO Trojans Solo? Duo? And Trio with the charge?
•How much damage does it do, and how much damage to Duke?

IMHO, it's a cool weapon, but it's not as epic as Blitz... although It is cool. With the green shots instead of yellow. But I do think that Blitz does better damage

If you're in a party of blitzes, the extra damage may become notable. As it is, the damage drop if you're the sole blitzer is far worse than the 10% extra damage you'll do. 50% damage reduction is ok but most of the damage you take in vana will be from fire/the crap falling down/shadow fire/those damn charging things anyway.
In short, poison is cute but not worth it imo.
K, looks like I'll keep my Blitz. I always hce alot of pOisin vials for him already :3.
One last question, crazy I know, but:
JK is slightly resistant to piercing. Can some people go test the damage per shot (Charge) on JK for the Blitz and Plague solo, duo, tri, and full? Just want to see how that would work out. Thanks again guys.

Damage won't change as monsters don't have more def with more people, just more HP.
I wouldn't recommend it though, all the adds mean it will be impossible to keep the charge and get close enough to hit him. especially when solo.
I'd say go for it, if you're aware that it's a support weapon and not a damage-dealer. Since keeping the Duke poisoned ups everyone's damage against him (I've also heard that it stops him from regenerating those fire orbs, but that might be apocryphal), I'd argue that an ideal vana setup (that would be more forgiving/easier skill plateau than 1shiver 3blitz) would be a shiverlocker, two blitzers and a plague needler, with either the plaguer or one of the blitzes keeping the guards occupied in stage five.
When I was soloing an undead arena (stratum 3), I met a Trojan and use Blight charge on him and it OHKOed him. Not sure if this will be the case with T3.
Stay on Blitz. There's something many ppl don't know but plague needle deals same crappy damage as pepperbox, wich is about 40% less than Blitz. btw, DMG very high - 194 x 15 to vana and 260 x 15 to trojan xD :P
Can anyone do some testing about Blitz and Plague Needle? I would like to know exactly the damage these two does and the damage Plague does after the enemy is poisoned. I have Blight Needle but I don't have Strike Needle so I can't do the comparison of the 4*s. The only reason why I got Blight is because it can inflict poison which stops healing and lower attack and defense (can mean a difference between life and death) of the monsters which in turn, lets the whole party do more damage. I mostly use my Blight in FSC and I have absolutely no intention of going there solo.

awww man, i have a pepperbox,did i made a wrong choice? i use a pepperbox and master blast bomb.
Ugh ... Both are not so good weapons. Pepperbox is crappy, even for a normal gun. No bonus = No go. Just if you use just one gun, then you can stay. Master Blaster is more or less a waste. Its too explosive for party (annoying) and delas just moderate. Better get useful partybombs - Shock, Freeze, Poison or Electron / Graviton are allways welcome! :D
Surprised you don't already know this. CTR high Blitz Needle is a lot better than a regular Plague Needle. The charge can kill a Trojan with a party of 4, and it does 2145 damage to Duke on the charge.
