what happened to the Barbarous thorn blades glow effect?

the Barbarous thorn blade used to have a "glow" effect similar to that of the flourish series? It was red and looked great, what happened to it?

and why does the barbarous thorn blade have a orb "glow" when switched after the combuster?

The glow is still there, its either:
a) you have you graphic settings set to low or
b) problematic AMD gpu drivers

its still there,the problemis its over powered or am i thinking about dark thorn blade?

If you have a glacius and then switch to the BTB the glow becomes blue!
Greenish blue for the voltedge.

Brandishes, BTB and Dark

Brandishes, BTB and Dark Briar Barrage share the same sort of glow effect; switching between them becomes pretty neat.

Are you talking about that

Are you talking about that streak of light trailing behind the tip of the blade?
If yes I don't think it has any thing to do with compatibility mode since I can see Final Flourish's glow but not BTB's.
