Also, eggbert! Thanks so much. I'm honored you asked me for advice. I think a key to a good guild is making it fun, relaxed, and goal oriented. Also, taking things with a grain of salt. It can be real easy to get caught up in some of the stuff in the game and I've learned, and even in these past few months, that it's better to just sit back take a deep breath and realize that this doesn't affect my life. That this game should be fun and entertaining.
Also, being real strict with who you have on your officer team. I think a officer team is really important. They are the people who will be around when you aren't there. You'll find that people will act differently when you are online compared to when you are offline. It's important to know what's going in with your guild so your guild can have a good reputation. In this particular game reputation means quite a bit. The majority of people that will come to your guild will come because of your reputation.
Having enough officers for the size of your guild, and not having too many officers for the size of your guild. At 100 members i would say you and two other guild masters, and then 5-6 active officers. Right now my guild is running around 60, but we all are mainly adults that have priorities outside of the game so log in times are completely random. I think we have me and two other guild masters, then 5-6 officers. I run this many on my officer team because of log in times.
I have so much more to say. lol. I like helping people with their guilds. These days I don't really have much time for the game because of everything that I do. I'm now a heart monitor technician at a hospital and I am pre-med at uni so I'm staying pretty busy. lol. My priorities are else where. But i would enjoy to help you and chat with you when I can. Thanks for your kindness for the guild. We have all worked so hard.

We are still taking recruits. I won't lie... many of us are inactive. My time to play SK is basically non-existent. I have promoted more active veterans to officer. If any of them feel like taking over recruiting and let me know I will post here, or have them post here, as the update on that situation.
If you are looking for a guild to just hang out in and kinda keep people off your back for invites then we're a good guild right now for that.
Milkman is away for a couple of weeks for exams but if he has more to say on this you'll know. :D

Gonna get them scanned tomorrow (these are just photos I took), the photos make the lines and color seem awfully light

Whooooooooooooooo, hopefully your definition of extremely active is "everyday I play for 2 hours" or something. I REALLY want to see more than 3 people online at a time.
One thing that does scare me is your age. You could be 0-*Infinte* years old as far as I'm concerned. Gives me the shivers to think that I'm talking to someone who is 2 times older than me (then again, nearly everyone is), or 2 times younger than me.
Wow, about a 9 hour difference in time!!!
4.5* gear. Would be cool if you could really could have a 4.5* helmet, sword etc. (Don't worry, I get what you mean XD)

I have done some major
I have done some major updating in the first post. Fellow guildies there are more serious guild updates going to happen, especially ranking system related. We've been real relaxed lately but because of the access to the guild hall we'll be getting really strict on who is veteran. There will be some ranking changes going on this next month.
The guild hall is still being worked on. We're working out a budget plan and the initial of what we would like.

Also, our guild hall is coming together really well. Apparently our motto right now is "need moar battle stands!" . lol.
They are doing a great job with the guild hall. Everyone is putting in some donations and being responsible, most of the time, with the guild funds and guild hall design. :D We have a sort of laid out plan of what we would like to have in the guild and and we're slowly building up to it.

I know how choosing a guild can be difficult and I'm all about people trying to figure out what guilds they wish to be in and try them out. We are very welcoming to people, even if you don't stay and you join another guild. Very few people have left the guild on not so good terms, but even at that there still isn't animosity in that regard. It just means that we weren't right for each other.
There is a responsibility when joining any guild. You have a responsibility to be active and contribute. Do we force you to pay crowns or donate? no. We won't ask you to do it either. Contributing to a guild can be done in many ways and one definite way is to be active and fun. If are active and fun to be around then we're definitely a guild for you. :) Every thing else comes in time. The more you're in a guild and become committed to it the more you want to do for not just the guild but for the people themselves.
