Hmm,I wouldn't pay 1k CE for it,but then again it would be a luxury to be able to change your color.The price is agreeable,considering if you are wanting to change your color and willing to spend CE on it and not on something more constructive,it would be a perfect drown sink.
It could also be a large crown sink aswell,like 60k crowns (which at this economic rate would be nearly the same as 1k CE).So that crowns are worth more to get.
