Like the topic says. It can sometimes be annoying when bombing, especially with smaller radius bombs or less disciplined party members, to accidentally kite enemies right through your bomb's radius and out the other side before it explodes.
So, should ASI be (re)introduced for bombs, but having the effect of reducing the fuse time between planting and exploding? Maybe it could be added as a buff on the bombastic set to make it slightly less tragically useless.
It could also increase the animation speed for planting the bomb itself so you spend less time immobile when dropping it.
Obviously it wouldn't have a direct impact on DPS, but might add some nice ease of use and flexibility.
Anything that speeds up anything is gonna improve DPS..... but it would be nice to lower the margin of error planting a bomb. Then again, having someone with reduced fuse and reduced charge time with a chem bomb in PvP would be a night mare.
