Purchasing UV's?

I was looking at other forum posts.....it said something about "purchasing UV's" but I don't know how to do that. I thought they were random?

Thanks :/ I personally think unbinding and UV purchasing are both way too expensive. 4000 CE is like $12.

Well, 4000 CE is only if you want to sell (or give away for free, but you need to be out of your mind to do this) 5* gear. I know, though. It is quite outrageous. Like, you jump from 1600(or something like that) to 4000. :\

You can buy random unique variants on your equipment from the gremlin Punch located in Haven's Bazaar. I don't recommend that you do, though, unless you have thousands of crowns to spare, since the odds of getting a good unique variant are rather low.
