just as thing but ever noticed some greedy knights who over price items cause they unbinded it and the energy prices for somethings are alittle crazy
e.g
tier 1: 60 energy (without death)
tier 2:80 energy (without death)
tier 3: 100 energy (without death)
all those for a whole run without dieing
the crs prices are just as messed up as ever 6k for 100ce no it should be 4500crs or 5k
and the greedy knights mostly 5 stars
i saw a offer for FOV 1200ce and something like 500k thats like bank rob that
the energy prices and greedy knights
you make a good point there
prices are high and buying with real money for a FREE GAME well then the game is not free i always say to beggars earn ya crs mostly cause i do i had alot of luck makin my 4 star
the crs prices are just as messed up as ever 6k for 100ce no it should be 4500crs or 5k
Why would anyone buy 6000 crowns for 30 cents, and enough of it to change the economy? I'm surprised the CE price isn't even higher yet. This game needs much more crown sinks. Once you've spent $4.50 + cr on each of your 5* stuff there's nothing else to buy unless you're a UV gambler.
For those of you working arenas and stuff to buy CE... remember this is someone else paying you a dime or two for an hour's work. You're not going to get a higher wage unless other people stop working for pennies
so true alot of haven sellers are UV sellers that i see why some want a weapon witha good UV my avenger has a UV but not a good one for me
Every time a CE thread is made, The Core is delayed by another month.

Uhh.
I concur with Mr-spiral-knight's last two comment's...
I seriously just felt the urge to go to the bathroom.
You seem to be new, if you think 1200 ce is a ripoff for a fang of vog. It is, but for the seller, not the buyer... you should wait until you yourself have a 5* set before saying anything about ce. I don't think you understand enough of how the game works, and also ce threads are stupid.
Don't double post. You can edit your previous posts.
i was dissin justin bieber on a haven zone
Ever notice how free players are so greedy and want everything for free?
you people are in love here <3
i wont lie i'm in love but i wont tell
I should probably not bother posting here seeing as I never trade with anyone for CE, and mostly I'd prefer to win/earn things by playing rather than simply buy off players/vendors... and the condition of the CE market, while it does bug me at times I'm mostly okay with it and "darn, I guess I'll check back next week" on the occasions I don't like it. I have something kind of relevant though
I recall there was this guy who was playing T2 Lockdown, and he kept quitting before matches started because there were no Bomberhead Masks in the bribe prizes. He did this a couple times and then I flipped my [crap] at him and he called me a "T2 noob" and asked me if I have ever done Vanaduke and then tells me to "keep farming Jelly King"
No seriously that actually happened. Not sure if he actually was a 5* player but he talked like his adolescence got in the way of typing properly (i.e. Like a thirteen-year-old CS-playing tryhard-macho. You know, pretty much every thirteen year old who is male) and he SIMPLY DIDN'T CARE that his quitting ruined the game for the rest of the players. He also didn't seem to realize he could just buy a Bombhead mask either.
Yeah. You basically have a person like that and possibly few more like him and you let them be able to control a market, at least in part. Nobody should expect much from that.
@Orangeo I'm quite sure you meant "demonizing" and "bias"...
It is assumable that many of the CE buyers are 5 star because of the nature of having excess CE: You end up getting more crowns through selling CE and going on more runs. With these additional crowns it is extremely easy for a P2P player to rise to 5 star rank. In addition, you have the CE to craft the items you need. Therefore, this may be assumed with logic:Many if not most CE buyers are 5 star or high tier.
In addition, one must define greedy before calling a player greedy. A greedy person is defined as being "excessively or inordinately desirous of wealth, profit, etc.;" (Dictionary.reference.com). Now one must compare this to merchants who manipulate the CE market. The merchants already have an innate amount of CE and crowns, assumed from them A: keeping some of their bought CE and B: using CE to do runs and craft items to sell. One might call the manipulation of an entire market for capital gain greedy, however others might feel that manipulating the market to a certain price is only fair so that the CE buyers get what they deserve for spending money. In the end your perception of greed and excessive desire allows you to come to a conclusion as to whether or not CE merchants are greedy or not.
As far as the FoV prices go they're seemingly fair compared to other 5 stars. The one thing to point out, however, is the fact that not only do they come from Vanaduke tokens (making them easy to obtain for 5 star'ers who run duke often) but they also are very high in quantity. Many more FoVs exist in the game than certain other items, making it questionable if their price is true to supply and demand. They are relatively easy for (5 star) people to obtain, and they are large in quantity, so why should they be priced at such a retail? This is up to discussion with multiple factors, including the listing price as you've said. People may have also listed them at this price because of the comparison to the time money and effort put into crafting a 5 star line opposed to buying the FoV with a trinket.
Two things...
One, @Mr-Spiral-Knight: Learn what the Edit button is. There's no need to double post. Furthermore, learn what English is. You're posting in the English forums. I can only barely understand your first post, and I'm not even going to try to read the other ones in this topic that you've posted. Typos and grammatical misunderstandings are forgivable. Blatant disregard for proper usage of a language is not. You want to be taken seriously, then speak seriously. You want to be treated like a child, then speak like a child.
Two, @Biznasty, Njthug, and Agrimony: You all three win this thread. It's a three-way tie. Divide up the cookies amongst yourselves.

There's a price floor of 4k CE + 30k (NPC vendor price for selling a 5* item).
Now I don't know anyone who would sell it for 4.5k CE (at 60cr/CE) though. Gotta think of the time they spent going through The Duke again and again. Whether that effort is easily worth .7k CE (for a total trade chat price of 5.2k CE) or more than that or less than that is up in the air, and is seller-dependent.
tldr: If the player can't afford an FoV, they'd better start running FSC.
If the CE GREEDY people who PAY money for their CE would stop selling...
Where would you get your CE? ;)
3 rules in SK
1. Dont beg.
2. Stop complaining.
3. Enjoy the GAME. ;)
Deamonizing the other side by calling them greedy dosen't create an intelligent argument, for the record. Making a biast remark about five-star players is also not a smooth move.
People have to sell the FOV for crazy high prices becuase they have to repost the offer over and over to get someone to buy, and since it's such an expensive item they lose lot's of money doing that. I'd say between 5-6k is a fair CE price, though the GM could certianaly get tricky with the listing fees fo nail it down somewhere, give or take 500. But trying to get paying customers fo feed you for less, well, that's a bank rob that.
