Roarmulus?

I'm not sure if this should be Arsenal, because it's more gameplay, but anyway...
When I signed in yesterday, the game had to patch and validate. There was no message from the SK System or any new posts in the Announcements forum, so I was wondering what had been changed. Nothing seemed to be different until I did a Roarmulus run that evening. I did terribly on my way through the Undead stratum above it, coming awkwardly close to death multiple times. I didn't do that well in the Warfare Workshop and Abandoned Assembly either, and fortunately made it to the Twins with 3 health capsules and 1 remedy capsule (the rest I'd used in the upper levels). The fight started, and it took me two sets of hits on a puppy until he put up his shield. Although it was a fairly long wait until he returned to the center, the phase during which they both can move up and down started not much later. This phase was short and sweet, and the twins were dead before any lasers were fired.
This was my 7th run, and I had done my 5th and 6th runs with the exact same equipment within the past couple weeks. The 5th saw me use all 3 health capsules and dying once, ending at around half hp. The 6th I used all 3 health capsules and ended at pretty low hp (but no deaths). But this run saw me hit once by a rocket and twice by a scuttlebot, only using the 1 remedy capsule and no health capsules at all. I ended with about 4.5-6.5hp below full, which was well over 2/3 hp.
My question: is it just my luck or skill, or were the Twins' hp drastically reduced?

Beating the twins is mostly about being able to multitask. Dodge the rockets, bombs and pellets; bump or kill the scuttlebots when they start annoying you; and duck'n'cover when (if) the lasers start firing.
When soloing, you should be able to take down a twin in one stun if you land a good series of elemental sword hits. I'm not sure if a 3* brandish will do it, but I know a 4* definitely will.
It's not that hard to do the boss fight without taking a single hit, and I don't think it ever was harder before.
I do know that some of the levels before the twins got tweaked slightly. For example, the arrangements of the stone blocks got tweaked not too long ago in the last arena-ish area before the twins fight, where you have the scuttle, knight and retrode infinitely respawning.

first off it's a cross effect what ya need to do is
one does a rocket so you need to hit the switch to let it through then after the other twin moves it will be hit by the rocket keep doin that and he'll be dead soon enough

"Avoid the Roarmulus Twins for now!"
Hmph. I was planning a Roarmulus run tonight. Maybe they had difficulty accounting for the damage done to two things instead of one, or something of that sort. Anyway, I still contend that there was some sort of hp reduction.

I believe they did something odd to the Twins. Dunno if was a screw up or if we weren't paying attention (which is unlikely with the Twins) but my friend and I were able to kill them after only 2 and 1/2 rounds. Sure, sounds usual, but the odd part was that one of the Twins still had their shield up from the second round( The left one died, the one on the right was still shielded/less damaged ). So they must've had a major HP reduce or something.
twins is easy to be honest you should have no problem
wanna know my secret
