Interesting, but I'm sure Grand-Lord won't pay that 30k ce he mentions.
I'd say its around same price as Max Normal shield - shadow difference is too small to be noticed, piercing doesn't happen much in FSC (and you certainly won't go assault Jelly Palance with that... like I did with my blackened crest >:D ).

Firstly, Solu asked for insights, not offers, so you saying 'Grand-Lord won't pay that 30k ce he mentions' is just purely dumb. I don't need to have a single crown to give an insight.
Secondly, it is DEFINITELY NOT THE SAME PRICE AS A MAX NORMAL SHIELD...... It already is extremely hard to get 3 useful uvs into one wep/shield. One triple UV ticket can be used for 10 single UV tickets. For you to make such a statement, it just goes to show that you don't have much experience about UV punching.
Thirdly, Max Normal is extremely useful since 80-90% of all monsters in SK deal normal damage. In FSC, Slag Walkers, Trojans, Ultra Blast Cubes, all deal normal damage. The Low Shadow is a good bonus since, its a shadow shield. And the Med Piercing can be useful when facing the Wolvers/Alpha Wolvers in FSC. And who bothers with their shield when going into jelly king runs, you really are a joke.
All in all, I would say that the 5* version of this shield, CoA, is already the best shadow shield in game, hence a triple uv like this would make this shield extremely useful in FSC.

Hi Ah-Sura, it really depends on what is your FSC buildup. For the majority who use Vog Sets, max elemental will not help much since Vog Set already provides elemental defense. A max elemental will only be useful for maybe Skolver users? Monsters like Trojan, Ultra Blast Cubes, which are present in almost every level, all deal normal damage. And it also helps that in the final boss fight, Slag Guards do only normal damage. Moreover, CoA already has fire resistance as a bonus. Hence to a Vog Set user, a Max Ele would not be better than a Max Normal. And we know that majority of FSC players are equipped with Vog Set.

shield defense is diff from armor defense......
shield with elemental helps to last longer during vana phase 2 and 4 fire balls. tried a GOS and COA on dat... GOS certainly last longer and recover faster.
You can bring it to arena etc...certainly a more all-rounded than a max normal COA.

@Ah-sura: There is a reason why CoA is undisputedly the best shield for FSC, ahead of other shields like GoS, even though it does not have elemental defense. Most of the elemental-damage dealers in FSC also deal Fire damage, which CoA can handle with ease due to its fire resist. And a Max Normal will definitely provide a greater overall defense in FSC compared to a Max Ele, since almost all monsters on every level of FSC deal out Normal damage.
