Hello!
I was wondering if VPS by itself with no UV's has maxed normal defense already.. in other words, would a Normal UV have any use at all?

Hmm
The bar is not the limit. Normal UVs will extend defense beyond the end of the bar.
As for usefulness, it already has a lot of Normal Defense, any more is hardly noticeable.

What is the average velocity of an unladen swallow?
Thanks :) I am trying a Normal UV because I am usually the agro tank for Trojans and Vanaduke in FSC ... My VPS Medium Shadow soaks up direct hits like a champion already though so like you said a Normal UV might not make much of a difference ... It just means I can have more fun being shoved around :p
yes, it should, but i havent finished leveling mine to know if its worth it :P
