Ive noticed that while playing Lockdown matches the same thing would usually happen, Slow swords would beat Fast swords,Fast swords would beat average speed swords and Average would beat Slow...
I suggest that players should be able to buy a different fighting style wether payed by using crowns or ce needlessly...
Different fighting styles would allow a Calibur to change/convert a bit of the normal damage and make it into piercing or slow down the speed slightly and give it more power but keep normal damage.
This would change the way players would think in pvp matches.
Another way i think this would be good is if you could Toggle between Three fighting styles as if they are weapons and mastering a fighting style(gaining lvl.10heat) would make u toggle between styles faster so you can switch from piercing to normal and different speeds...
Anyother suggestions that may help this? g2g bye :P

That is what the in game classes are really for. They provide health, speed, defence and other variables that apply to the style of play.

suggestions...

I personally don't like game classes. They tend to limit the number of fighting styles to the number of classes.

About switching styles...don't you already do that when you switch swords?

Anyways, to make gameplay more customizable, I would suggest making the unique variants have a greater effect on the weapons instead.
Or maybe some new types of unique variants. For example,
for all weapons: ability to inflict status effects
for swords: combo length,
for guns: ammo size, speed of the shot, reloading time,
for guns: fuse length, range of effect,
