It's bad as it is good, people who like it you have to understand why the people who don't like it and hold that opinion and vice versa.
Everyone is looking down on others with a different opinion as if opinions are wrong. There are people who don't like the update because they are offended that it seems like just costume stuff and minor bugs fixes and the major stuff isn't balanced and it can crash peoples games. By balance I mean stuff like the Shadowsun Set and Triglav and Chaos Cloak not competing with other items. Or maybe the lag in Twins levels.
By on the side of people who like this, it's a great new way of making yourself different and there is many fixes along with the update but we can't see them at all. Some people love the whole getting a crate and opening it for the thrill of getting something they want or trading it and that's fine too. I personally don't mind the extra little crowns or items at the end of elevators.
The point here it's not taking sides is wrong it's being one sided never listening to why the other side likes or hates something and then calling them wrong for having an opinion. You people have to understand people have opinions because experiences lead to them. If someone has crash issues alot and a update comes out and it makes the game crash more for them it's understandable for that person to be angry as it is understandable for a person who wants cool freaking goggles or something for their Knight.
Tl;DR Duality is what I'm getting at.

Hate is such a harsh word
Ok, well I can understand the reason some people don't like this update:
1. They believe it is a delay of "needed features" they are entitled to
2. They believe it will inflate the CE market, because they believe they are entitled to lower CE prices
3. They believe the accessories are not worth the cost and they are entitled to them too
And on the other side:
1. They believe it is a viable revenue stream for OOO which means increased chance of "needed features" being implemented
2. They believe it will have minimal effect on people who choose to ignore the system at all
3. They believe that accessories are "nice to have" for people who can afford them as a status symbol
I don't think an easy medium can be achieved. There will always be discrimination and intolerance, whining and CE threads and accessory threads. Haters gonna hate, Celestia is a troll, and racism can't be destroyed. This forum is fairly intelligent compared to certain other places I've been through though. People are usually very mature and don't resort to personal attacks, even a lot of the "CE whiners" have valid points.
Problem is I don't have the same game cause I can't go into dungeons.
@Jaouad: He means he's on a Steam SK account, which isn't entirely the same as non-Steam SK, and Steam is being wonky again so he can't play.

Yeah at the moment if I go into a dungeon, like a level it freezes at loading so I waste CE. So I can't play I can just sit here and wait till it's fixed while twiddling my thumbs.

Hate is a harsh word especially when money is involved.
And no people on here aren't mature, I get bashed for having opinions on these threads all the time, this is an attempt to get people to cool off off attacking each other to see if there is humanity among the angry wolves.
And yes I get very hotheaded about things like this but not enough to call someones opinion wrong. I complain about stuff not say So and So is wrong because we don't share the same views.

I think any upgrade to the
I think any upgrade to the game is good. However, I think they should first focus on the major aspects of the game like gameplay stuff, the core(which the whole game is about), and generally adding more content to the game before they go for the aesthetic parts.

You say those things like they aren't possibly true. For number one, I can see people fearing that, although most of the art assets are in place already for the core so I know better than to whine about that. The core is being either a) intentionally held back or b) some sort of difficulty tuning is underway to make sure it isn't too easy with the new toys we've gotten, namely the polaris. For number two... it has already begun to happen. The CE market market will stabilize again, likely in the 6.5k range after everything is said and done. We need another rose event to bring the CE price down to acceptable ranges (seriously, the game feels most comfortable in the 5.5-6k range) but I don't see that happening. I hope that 000 has some sort of crown sink up their sleeve.

if u face any problem with the levels and u lost energy but wasnt able to do the level just submit a support report, i did the same and a GM responded in few minutes
Lol so getting accesories isn't an easy task. This is awesome though and will have a huge effect on the market CE prices (going down probably) but also for people that have been done for a while incentive to play again.
Also people may think the accesories aren't worth it but I am SURE, alot of people WILL be attracted to buy CE simply to get an accesory from the AH shop. Even I am considering it now -_-.
Man I can't wait for my first accesory
No need to complain imo :) You have the same game with optional stuff added hopefully resulting in pros like CE prices going down.
