So I did a Vanaduke run right after the update, and when I got to the core I noticed that the elevator sign was a downward pointing blue arrow. There was also a 10 CE elevator cost. I took the elevator and it went up to Haven. FML. Also, I forgot that SK needs to be windowed in order for my screenshots to work. Fail.

Anyways, is this normal now? Is this a bug? Did OOO accidentally throw in some elements of a future patch?

Surprised we haven't had one of these threads in a while...

When the gates cycle out while you are in them you will see that blue arrow symbol on any elevator that takes you back to town.

Oh, hah. I never knew that. Why do they do that? You're not going down at all and it doesn't cost 10 CE.
