There were times where my body have moving animation, but 1-2s afterward it being dragged back to the recent place, taking damages and unable to attack. I wonder if it's a bug of some sort ?

Just sounds like regular lag. The rush of players looking for Lock boxes is putting extra load on the servers, so it might be touchy until the end of the weekend.
