I started a solo run of tier 2, and got to the second floor to discover two things amiss:

1) There were two mineral rooms
2) There was no party button or elevator.

I'm guessing the erroneous extra mineral room overwrote the path to the exit.

...So I started the run over. :(

(Was playing as my second character, Keltis.)

Edit: Not sure if this one's a bug but now I'm hearing the Construct stage music in a Fire-Construct stage when normally it would always be the Fire stage music. Or maybe it was previously bugged to have the status theme always override the creature type theme, and now it's actually been fixed to sometimes play the creature type theme instead?

1) Two mineral rooms are

1) Two mineral rooms are normal. I see such layouts once in a while before the latest update.

2) This seems to be a bug introduced in the latest update. When you "Go solo" you might encounter that bug with elevators. See the other threads about elevators or looping fix.

The heck? I mean there was NO

The heck? I mean there was NO PATH FORWARD. The stage was a Clockworks Tunnel and consisted of
-An entrance
-One or two rooms of monsters
-One or two rooms of treasure boxes
-Two dead-end mineral rooms
-No actual exit.

I did not use the Go Solo option. I started a locked party at Moorcroft and proceeded as normal. I was solo in the literal sense: nobody else was with me.

It's a level-generation issue. I walked back and forth through the stage a few times. There really was no path to the next floor.

(My friend was hit with an elevator loading screen mega-persistent-crash a few days ago. Perhaps that's what you meant? This issue is not related to that.)

I believe it was the second

I believe it was the second floor of Tier 2 (Depth 10?) in the current gate with Firestorm Citadel in it. It was definitely a Clockwork Tunnel, not a "monster nest" (Wolver Den, Candlestick Keep, Demonic Drudgery, Lichenous Lair, Deconstruction Zone).

It's a glitch that came up while the server was randomly generating the stage. It put an extra dead-end mineral room instead of a party button and the second half of the stage.

I checked all the levels in

I checked all the levels in Diamond Queen gate on depths 9 & 10, and all of them had an exit. The only thing I found really odd was the D9 Slimeway was "really short". It only had 6 rooms total, 3 monster rooms, 1 combo treasure/heart room, 1 mineral room and a party button.

Ran the Slime way again, and got a completely different map. Now I'm not sure if this is supposed to be normal or not.... I was under the impression the layouts are static once the server generates the levels.

Nope. Clockwork Tunnels are randomly generated every time a party visits them. You could have two separate parties visit the same floor at the same time and get two different layouts.

"they are random, should have pressed f2 to send a bug report though"
That was the first thing I did, while looking around the empty dead-end stage.
