Well erm, title says it all- the wiki said that it'd be more econimical if I did soooo yeah... & also, can I get a Unique variant on the first craft in the first place?
is it Worth it to Mass Produce Swords Till I Get a UV?
If you don't have an alt, do crafting on your off days using your mist.
If you do have an alt (and a paid main account) you can craft with the alt's mist all the time.
BUT if you are starting out and ascending the weapon star ratings then don't wait for a UV and don't even bother with recipes, just go to the auction house, grab a good mundane weapon armor and shield set and kill stuff in Tier 2. This will gain you materials and money to set up your crafting "business".
I mass produce caliburs with my mist when I don't feel like playing. So far only 1 UV, Medium Beast dam, not very good. Sold for 2k
Medium DMG UVs on 2* weapons can easily sell for over 10K.
Other than that, I've got a non-paying alt next to my paying main and I make Brandishes on his mist. I got a few UVs, mostly lows that go between 8-15K depending on the day and the UV, and by selling one non-UV a day the business is self-sustainable. I'm waiting to make a CTR V.High or a High/V.High DMG Bonus to keep and/or change my product.
I have an alt that I recently started churning out Caliburs on. My goad was either ASI med or better, or CTR med or better...
After about 20 caliburs, I got a ASI Med!
All of the other caliburs I sold on the AH below the general market cost. That covers all costs associated with each item easily and someone looking for a calibur got it cheap! I think it's a win all around.
I wish I had thought if this before I got all the brandish swords to 3* and level 10 heat. I agree with mass producing until you get what you want, but if you are a F2P player that might get boring just crafting 2 times a day and not actually going through the clockwork. What ever makes you feel good, do it!
* TIP: Use a ALT account to mass craft...
*Tip: mist is shared between alts unless you buy CE
@trying
*Tip 2) if you want mass craft with alt account in a F2P account... just open 2 cllient.. login with you main and alt... craft with the alt account, close the alt client and play with you main.
(1 Steam account other normal account)
Exploiters coming out in daylight again? You've got no shame.
Paweu: ????????????
Goldmaker/Trying: Thanks, I've heard about the usefulness of alts- at the same time, I don't have enough time to foster another knight to 2* fruition. What I'm really trying to figure out now is how to do this without the use of an alt.
if you are lucky yes, it will probably take you a lot of time and work though, so if you dont want that just buy one
