I'm not really new (been here about a week), but I've been wondering this. People in the Bazaar are saying "WTS" and "WTB" and stuff like that. What do those mean? Will Trade Stuff/Will Trade...Bananas?

They're very, very, old
They're very, very, old acronyms that are, for the most part, widely understood to mean "Want to Buy" and "Want to Sell." They're used in nearly every online game with some form of player-driven economy.
Likewise:
PST = Please Send Tell (meaning a private message, from the /tell command)
WTT = Want to trade (usually accompanied with whatever object they wanna swap, and for what)
LF = Looking For
LFG = Looking For Group (not really applicable in this game, as most groups are automatically assembled by the game)
judging from googling "MMO terms" WTS means "want to sell" and WTB means want to buy
