It seems that the whole set of Bomb Bandoliers are bugged, and look like Canteens of that color instead.
Dusky Bomb Bandolier isn't a bandolier either

Oh man I wasted a Bandolier
Oh man I wasted a Bandolier on Armor cause I thought it was a canteen, great. Yeah the Heavy Bandolier is bugged as well.
