Few people have gotten them but have either equipped them or are holding on until the price raises even more.
If no one had one, we wouldn't know about it and there would be no photographic evidence on the wiki.
Please check the Wiki and other general knowledge sources before trying to say I'm wrong :P
Also I no longer have the CE/CR to buy one but putting it one reserve for me if you get one would make me happy :D
