Something I have noticed after the last patch. I have died without being hit or seeing myself hit. Usually it is within a battle and on my screen, I am in empty space/floor. At first I dismissed it but then it happened again and again.

I told my guild and they said it could be spikes from the floor or from the lichen colony. I dismissed it again until earlier today, I was with a group and this guy died on my screen for no reason. He did the normal "WTF nothing hit me. So I talked to him. We both determined he didn't have any status effect and nothing was near him to hit him. The floor had no spikes, and we were fighting constructs with no turrets, or projectile monsters.

I just want to see if others have noticed this. I am sure most of us dismissed it to lag or that we missed something hitting us. Anyone else noticed this?
