We have 2 positions for Lockdown Officers!

Candidate Requirements:
- Active Lockdown player (meaning you play Lockdown frequently or several times a week)
- T3 access, preferably with 5 star gear
- Voice chat (not required but higly preferred and recommended)
- Must consistently be within the top 50 of Lockdown leaderboards
- Be mature, polite, and have sportsmanship

Responsibilities:
- Arrange and lead Lockdown matches
- Gather a team of devoted T3 Lockdown players, from within or outside the guild. Each Lockdown Officer should preferably have their own team members
- Play matches several times a week
- Maintain the guild's weekly standing in the Top 10 Leaderboards

Pay and Entitlements:
- Immediate promotion to Officer rank with 200 CE starting bonus
- Weekly salary of 350 CE + 2500 CR
- Full permission to recruit skilled T3 Lockdown players

I'd say an active guild will

I'd say an active guild will only have on average 1/5 of its members online even at peak hours. You're going to need a guild of 30+ T3 members to be able to play Lockdown that frequently. And let me tell you, it will take some time to recruit that many dedicated T3 players. I'm not trying to deter you from your endeavor, but just trying to give you my opinion about this. I'd love to see more GvG for Lockdown. Good luck!
