Can you accessorize a Chapeau with a Long Feather?I don't wanna buy one and then find out that you can't.Looks like the Chapeau only has side and front slots for accessories but I'm not really sure.

The feather is a back accessory but the Chapeau only supports side and front like you mentioned.
