not at all, ctr is way more

not at all, ctr is way more usefull. if u want the ultimate blitz u want dmg, asi and ctr. get asi from swiftstrike. get ctr from uv. and get dmg from trinklet and armor, unless u wear nameless

Yup.

Its probably worth 12-15k CE. Blitz Needles with Ctr VHigh are sold for 15-18k CE fyi. And yes, illusion is correct, ctr is much more coveted than asi.
