HI uhmm i'm having trouble with the game. It's like this i log in and select my character but the screen won't go to the loading screen for haven so i'm stuck in the character select screen for hour until it decides to disconnect me. The game was not like this the days before today. Any thing you could give as help would be much appreciated.

Just keep backing out and log back in. Sometimes takes a few tries, but that works for me.

same issue here
i get the same issue... after playing with intro(just after crashing and the hole tutorial) i head into town, but nothing happens. i erased a character hopping for a temporary bug, but after creating a second character i still can't go into the city... help please
p.s: i've been re-logging and it's not working either

Same here. It goes to character creation vaguely quickly but won't let my already made characters go to Haven

A recent update may have changed the way the game connects to the internet, and old routers/operating systems can no longer keep up with it. What router are you each using? What operating system, etc do you have? Please provide more information.

Got the same issue. Can create a character, but the moment I log out and try to use one of the already created character, it goes to "heading into town" indefinitely.

Since I can create characters fine and the problem is only on logging with already made characters, I assume it's not an user error problem.
I must mention that my account was created by Connecting With Facebook.
Java Console displays this after logging in, and at character selection screen:
Evaluating javascript: connectComplete();
Got null
UPDATE: I managed to fix it.
I am using a WRT54G v6.0 router. All I did was flash the firmware with DD-WRT and Spiral Knights is working again.
