Catalyzer w/ CTR: High-Very High: Is it Good?

As a Bomber, I'm into Explosions & Big ones, too. Since I'm going to get Dedicated Gear for my Bombs(Mad Bomber Mask, Suit, & Elite Boom Module)I was thinking about getting UV's on the Gun. Question is, is CTR Noticeable with the Catalyzer? I was thinking of Charging a ton of Shots & firing a Single Round to asplode my enemies. :P

Because it charges pretty quickly anyway, the reduction in terms of seconds probably won't be huge, but a CTR of Very High will certainly still be noticable, and indeed useful. If you can afford it, go for it!
