Two separate elevators: One for going back to Haven, and one for continuing the dungeon.

Sometimes, players tend to go back to Haven without announcing it. Not only does a team lose a player without knowing, but they also lose Vials, Health Capsules and Vitapods.

I suggest that we have two elevators. One for going back to Haven, and the other to continue your dungeon. Besides, there's a broken Elevator at Basil. That looks like a great spot.

When you step on the Exit elevator, a window pops up to confirm if you want to leave. Once you leave through the exit elevator, your vitapod and the rest of your capsules and vials appear next to the elevator so players can collect them without stepping on the exit elevator.

Discuss.

I understand your pain, as it

I understand your pain, as it can be very frustrating to have a random step on an elevator and poof into a pile of items. However, I don't think 2 separate lifts is the answer. Mainly because the problem if someone steps on the "go down" lift by accident? (Seriously, I genuinely believe this would happen) Or if someone steps on the go down lift with not enough energy to actually go to the next depth?

I believe it's been suggested before that, if this happens, to take the items and drop them onto the next depth for the other players. If that could be possible I think that would be a good solution for this.

Yeah, this is a more sensible fix. With two elevators, there'd always be a chance that somebody could step on the wrong one, particularly new players - hell, a bad lag spike could deposit a player on the wrong elevator through no fault of their own. And, as Niichi quite rightly points out, it doesn't prevent players with insufficient EN to carry on from depriving their erstwhile teammates of items.
