What's wrong with Lockdowns ?

Hullo

I've started playing Spiral knights a few days ago. Running through more and more dungeons, I ran out of Energy and thought I could try PVP.
I clicked and chose Lockdown. I must have waited around 30 minutes, then gave up.

After dinner, I tried again and could join a 3vs6 match (guess who was with 3 guys ?), and I've been able to play just one more time right after it (and lost again of course).

Now, I'm trying to play again. And gave up again after half an hour spent waiting, and waiting, and waiting.

What's wrong with the timer ? Every "tick", 10 to 20 players are sent to play, and I'm always in the 5 or 6 left. And again. And again.

Is there something I'm doing wrong ?

sounds like you might be in

sounds like you might be in tier 1 or something. I think most LD players are in tier 2 or 3.

Although there are 70-80

Although there are 70-80 players most of the time. They should at least let the few T1 players join and let other joins midgame.

They should also give 3

They should also give 3 waiting counters, one for each Tier, or even allow players to apply for several Tiers but then restrict them to the appropriate loadouts...

Suggest this...or I will lol.

But no to this, so many people rage when they see a lower tier player on their team, even if its someone who barely has t3 clearance. It's better to not subject a legit lower tier player to this hatred.
