They just dont show up on the trade window on Steam Trade, they show up in your steam inventory though.
Trading is extremely important, I believe this should be given more priority that what it has apparently been given so far :P
Accessories, Keys, Materials and anything that can have a quantity cant be traded usign Steam Trade

Ok tested with Round-Shinigami a bit more and it seems its not just accessories, but anything that can be stacked on the inventory screen (anything that can have a quantity).
I had a similar issue and right now somebody is just trusting me to trade them to them. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible, thanks. I would rather have given them the items then instead of having to wait to trade in game.
