I just started playing today so im not sure just how its supposed to work but ive noticed that other players are having the same problem as I have. I have done the last gate in the starting area and after i finish it takes me back to the camp. I am attempting to get to haven but not sure what im doing wrong or if its a bug.

Are you using the Elevator in
Are you using the Elevator in the middle of camp, or the one on the path on the NW side of the camp?

I concur
On a new account, I also can not get to a Haven. I can't even load the camp site; I can only load the beginning crash site stage. Also, I can't enter the server on my older characters either.

im having a similar problem
when i launch the game and im in my computer place or wtvr and i press go to haven my screen goes black and nothing happens but i can still press esc and the menu pops up but i cant click go to haven cuz if i do no thing happens.
Yup, same thing happened to me when introducing a friend to this game, this bug should have a high priority.
