I just got enough equipment to start Tier 2 levels. I was just wondering if it was better to start from the beginning or start from the Tier 2 levels? Since it costs about 70 energy just to get down there.

There's a lot more heat and

There's a lot more heat and materials to be had from T2 levels. I'd say that's where you should spend your energy.
