Hi all :)
I've just started playing SK last night, and have done the tutorial and the bits at the Rescue Site. I went to the elevator up on the top platform and finished the level with the skeletons, but every time i take the elevator it sends be back up to the Rescue Site! What am I doing wrong? I thought I just had to go through this level and it would drop me out in Haven. I seem to have lost the 'cross the chasm' objective as well, so not too sure whats happening...
I was worried it could be a bug. My girlfriend started playing with me and she's having the same problem, we go through the 'Chasm' and the elevator at the end awards us our Heat then warps us back to the Rescue Site... I'll try one more time tonight to make sure I'm not missing anything then file a bug report.
Just to be sure, there are 2 elevators at the rescue site : one for some training, and one to advance to Haven, are you sure you take the right one ?
If i remember well, the one for training is inside the Rescue Site, while the other is at far top left.
Else, it's probably a bug.
No, definitely the right one. The one I'm going down is across the bridge, above all the cogs and gears. There's a guy stood infront of it who tells me it's the final test or something similar

Or you could get some Game Master support, by filing a support request....
As far as I know, this bug has been fixed for a few days now, try it.
Try filing an in-game support ticket or press F2 to submit a bug report because that sounds like a bug to me!
