I've noticed a pattern with Strikers in Lockdown. Most of them like to charge in, deliver one quick slash, and then dash out. Rinse and repeat until opponent lays dead in the dirt.

It's a valid strategy sure, but is it fun? I don't think it is. But you know what is fun, dual wielding.

I propose that Strikers lose the utterly cosmetic shield and replace it with a stock weapon. The stock weapon would have predetermined damage that is specific to each tier.

This will give Strikers incentive to stay in longer to deal a couple more hits. I believe it will also give the class a much needed buff. Thus far, the only people that really make use of the Striker class are the ones that are really good at it. (or hit and run, whichever explanation you would prefer). Most people would rather play it safe with recon or guardian.

So to clarify... you want to

So to clarify... you want to give Strikers more DPS? Even though most Gran Faust/Final Flourish Strikers can 2HKO just about anyone already?

The idea is that the first

The idea is that the first slash is delivered from the main weapon while the second is delivered from the stock weapon.

Save it for a possible official swords only PVP. In LD, this is just an excuse to kill everyone else faster so you can deal more higher damage numbers. Or turn it into even more of a click fest.

Are you kidding me?

Lockdown is out of balance as it is, lets not wreck it any further.
