I'm just using the toxic catalyzer right now, but i've seen the 5* version in action. I just think that when it gets to 5* there should be an appealing aesthetic upgrade :)
For example, the Triglav (i know i mention this a lot in my posts, but i'm a big fan of it) has ice spikes that come out after the charge, the spikes which do no damage (which i think should be fixed anyway).
For the 5* Cats, I'm suggesting a nice looking explosion, but not just for one charged Cat bullet. I'm suggesting that if you manage to pop 5 or 8 or some rather high number of charged bullets on a single enemy, the explosion should be changed to look like a nuke or something. I'll be more specific in a minute.
Side note: that new explosion could have extra damage actually, since it takes time to pile on those bullet charges.
Neutralizer: The higher level explosion would be something along the lines of a single large emp burst since the bullets are blue and resemble energy that disintegrates its targets. something along the lines of the emp weapon detonation of fallout: Detonation
Biohazard: The higher level explosion would be something like a small nuclear explosion, except green and purple of course to resemble the shadow and poison. I guess like this, but shorter and wider, Detonation
Another side note: To make the event of having enough orbs on a target easier to notice, the orbs should float around the target with an even distance between them in orbit. currently, it just sticks to the area that it touches and orbits in a linear period (time) without being affected by the other orbs. [sometimes it looks clean and evenly spaced, but usually when i do it they overlap at some points and have odd spacing]. Anyways, after the given number of orbs has been reached, the orbiting charge shots should then fuse into a glowing ring of appropirate color that sits around the enemy. the detonation will then occur as previously described.

Huh, can't make the links work for some reason, maybe that's on my end.
