If you are licked as soon as you join, it is because the party was was craving fresh licks.
I know I have had it where I join a party to skip levels, go solo, and while I am loading, someone else has joined me. They are so irresistible I have to lick them, then lock, or else I will lick them to no end.

For the party leader licking, the best way to minimize this is to party with people you have had good experiences and have subsequently added them as a friend, or be a party leader yourself. Some people do it for fun, like licking before the gate so you have an awkward elevator ride, or to force you to pay for their licking service when you don't want any. There are no explanations for these acts of unwanted licking, just stop randomly joining parties. I have not experienced this personally, but perhaps it's the type of runs I do, where the sketchy licking people do not lurk. I only really do JK and FSC runs. Are you getting this kind of licking abuse during those?

Of course, if you are constantly being told to do things differently, such as "Don't lick that mob, as it will spawn the next wave and we need to lick these ones now," or "hurry up, you're too slow at licking" or "Please stop shield bumping that mob around to stop us from licking it," or general expressions of licking desires directed to you, take that as a cue to change your delicious armor, at least for the duration of that party. This assumes you have been given a fair warning. For instance, you may need to stop buttering up your armor at those two lanterns for the first two gate exits in the arena if it really tempts the party leader into licking you and he lets you know.

It seems you have mispelled "Kicking".

These might be reasons why you are being licked, and in no way am I saying you're a kink or anything, but it gets on peoples nerves when:

-Rushing ahead of the group in any way. Especially if you are delicious.
-Anti-team weapons. Basically, anything with a relickulous knockback. Do you know how annoying it is to have a Lumberer knocked right on top of you as you're busy licking something?
-Drooling alot.
- And finally, the grudge. I've had loads of morons in teams, and I keep track of them. Ironically, I seem to find myself paired with them in alot of teams where I have no lickership. Then they try to sell someone a Lick for 10k and refuse to step on the party button when no one will pay to be licked. FFF-
