CE issue

What is happening? At first, I had 21k Cr. I then sold 2 keys for 1700 CE, then when I return in game I ended up w/ only 653 Cr. I then sold CE and ended up w/48k Cr (this is with losing the initial 21k Cr) I quit then log back on, then I end up w/ only 21k Cr.
So can anypony explain to me what happened?

No it's not a riddle. Here I'll organize it better:
TIME 1: Have 20k Cr, 2 keys
Sell 2 keys for 1700 CE
TIME 2: Have 653 Cr, 1700 CE
Sell 800 CE for about 40k Cr
TIME 3 (As of now): Only have 20k Cr, 900 CE

hmm there could be a few things going on, heres 3 of the possibilities:
1.)a crown bug which randomly occurs, its said to reduce the amount of ur crowns(i dont remember any numbers)
2.)crowns stuck in energy market
3.)eventually u put the wrong price(altho it might ask for confirmation then)
i suggest sending a support mail about the issue, if ur sure, that 2.) and 3.) arent the case
anyways what happened to ur crowns in time 2?

Thanks brother. I'm pretty sure that +1 was the thing that happened to me. I got messages right after I sold the CE saying that I sold the CE for x amt of crowns. And Idk what happened during time 2, I just went from 20k crowns to 653 crowns even though I didn't sell, or buy anything with the 20k crowns. I had just got off doing that one dungeon with the shadow things that randomly pop up and try to eat you.

i dunno much about the bug itself, ur particular case sounds a bit different than the other ones, which are already on the forums
ive had a friend ingame who experienced the same thing and didnt get his money back
i hope that the cause can be taken care of at least, gl n gn

Hmm. How long does it usually take for customer service to contact you back? I really need my crowns but obviously this is hampering on that.

I doubt it's that. The time between me logging off and then logging back on to discover my crowns difference was less than 5 minutes. Plus, I was logged in on steam the whole time.
if this is an issue post screenshots or a vid or more detailed information, it doesnt make sense to talk like this:
time 1:CR blah
time 2:CE blah key blah
time 3:CR blah
it should be structured like this:
time 1:CR CE key blah
time 2:CR CE key blah
time 3:CR CE key blah
if its a riddle, i dun get it
