Ok, So I have dove into the Ironclaw factories 2-3 times in that past couple days. Every time I go in, the game client crashes without warning or any other error. It's incredibly laggy, like no other level it. (No its not my connection, its a hardlined 25mps fios and has no other problems with any other levels or games ever.)

Now here is the biggest problem. I am a customer, I've put a decent bit of my real world money into paying for energy and supporting this company, and when the game crashes and lags and leaves me defenseless, I get killed, requiring me to spend my energy to revive that I wouldn't normally have to. I'm not saying I'm some pro level player that never dies and shouldn't have to pay to fix my mistakes, but when I'm at near full health with a group and the SK window closes itself, I die. I then have to use energy that I paid real money for in a situation caused solely by lag/bugs/crashing.

This is only in the Munitions Factory. The most recent run crashed 3 times. Twice in the first level and once in the second.

This isn't fair, this isn't just a bug, I cant play an important part of the game without feeling like I may come out at a loss because of it.

Two others (Out of a four person group) had the same thing happen to them. Its not just me, Its not just once. It's a little harsh to call it stealing, I know, but when it boils down I'm losing money because of problems with the game client.

Please look into this, I love these levels and would like to enjoy them.
