There are some armor/helms out there that look really cool like Crown of the Fallen. My idea is to make a limited time offers to receive costumes of in-game helms/armor when you buy a $9.95(or more) CE package. I'm a free player but I would buy CE just for that.

You could craft the items and then wear them as costume. It would actually be cheaper and you could use them later if you desire.
