Levi woks great on any tier simply because it deals normal damage, most of us or at least me find ourselves using the charge attack on gun puppies because it destroys then without thought, however at deeper levels this isn't possible because of the defense power and HP levels of monster. With VH construct that isn't a problem :D we just screw em over! and on lower tiers dont charge lol just whack it and it dies in two hits :D three hits on a full party.

The blitz took me past vana many times, with it alone and a shivermist buster at my side i was able to solo vana countless times without death, with this gun and its CTR at med whenyou get it to level 10 it gains another med thus making it VH CTR which is wonderful i must say. I have 357 Tokens from vana and 90% of them i got with the gun. Now you'll ask why sell it if its great? Well i'm thinking of going bomber and i need to sell current gears for that :D lol
