I'm not sure what else to call this. OH WELL.

Just curious: When you go down into the Clockworks, does it mix you with players who play in other languages? Like German, Spanish, etc? Just a couple of times I've been mixed with full parties that didn't speak English, though I started in an English server. I've even been kicked because I didn't speak Spanish once.

And I don't mind playing with non-English speakers at all, it's just a bit difficult to play when you can't communicate, haha.

Thanks for your time :)

There's an option in the settings menu that goes like "Party with" and then a dropdown box where you can select English, French, Italian, etc.

Among those options is "Party with any". Do you have that selected? Because that option probably decides which parties you can end up in.

Well... I am Brazilian, so when I know I am in a party with only Brazilians, I speak portuguese. Otherwise, I use English and use /tell to talk to another Brazilian partymember.

Dunno, I find it rude no to speak with others while playing (I only do so when I'm really annoyed, and when I'm like that I go solo anyway :P), so I personally think one should at least know the basic of english before playing >.> Last time we were playing with a spanish dude, and my friend couldn't understand him. In the end, I had to talk to him in Spanish so he could understand what we were saying D:

It is hard to play in parties without communication =\

Helps if you speak multiple languages. But to be honest, i rarely speak about strategy (in any language) during actual gameplay.

Occasionally, someone (usually a bomber) will try to break down a strategy for the group and i have to reply, "We don't need a strategy, just try to stay alive and kill everything in sight."

@Poetry
Yeah. I want to learn Spanish, I just can't at the moment, haha. It's just easier to advance when we all speak the same language.

Thanks, guys!
