But I mean laggy in the sense that everytime you fall down to the Clockworks, you only spazz out during a boss fight? Effectively losing all of your hard-earned progress?

To be honest this makes me kind of mad face; it's been happening since yesterday. I can move around in Haven, sometimes when I go down from an elevator I'm just trapped in civilian mode, never moving, never turning. Soon enough, when I can move, there's terrible lag. Not sure quite why, but it happens, regardless of whether others are using their computers or not.
