Hullo.

I crafted a Wolver coat and got a UV with bonus : Stun resistance : low

If I keep upgrading my Wolver, will the resistance bonus increase ? Or will it stay low ?

It will stay low. Once you go

It will stay low. Once you go to craft the upgrade (dusker) in the alchemy machine,
under where it shows the materials needed to make the coat will be a box you can check
that says something like "carry over UV" or "transfer UV". If you check that box and then
upgrade your coat, it will have the same UV. In your case, Stun resistance low.
