I've been curious if it were possible in this game to alter the game files in order to change the appearance of weapons or armor. Is this game suited for that? Can anyone provide an example of somebody who has/how they did it? This is all I could find.

What I would really like is Bechamel, The Accessorizer's giant pair of Scissors. 3R created the model, it begs to be used in the clockworks.
As interesting as it may be, and as easy as it is to swap out item files (I've done it), it's actually against the terms of service to tamper with the files.
If you do it on your end, and no one else knows, then they can't do much about it, but I very much doubt people can start sharing skins and the like.
