I've submitted this report several times over the last few days via the client, but the situation remains unremedied, so I thought I'd give the forums a shot.

I'm currently unable to enter T1 or T2 Lockdown games, since I'm being categorized as "Tier 3" no matter what equipment or loadout I wear (even when the Loadout specifically states PvP T1). I've tried recreating loadouts and even wearing "unloaded" equipment, but it doesn't change anything about it (and it's not much fun playing T3 games with all 1* equipment - even though my team actually won in the first game).

I think this problem started when I was wearing 4* gear as costume over 1* gear (well, you gotta try if it works - after some time you just get tired of seeing people in Spiral Scale Mail ;)).
