ive read a couple of fanfictions and decided to make one of my own.this is what i have so far.tell me what u think! its called dawn of a hero.

chapter1

a pod had just crashed into the ground on the planet cradle.the door opened and a boy stepped out.he wore a gold spiral sallet and spiral cutlet.he had a proto sword,gun and shield equipped.he had barly walked 3 feet away from the pod before he collasped and became unconcious.it had been 2 years since he had gone into the escape pod from the skylark before it crashed.he had been drifting through space up until now. but do to being whacked on the head by the ceiling so many times he didnt remember anything. he awoke several hours later.he sat up and thought 'who...............am i?'.a single thought drifted across his mind. he reached for it.Mentro.yes.that was his name."menntroh"he said.his voice was slow and slurred since it had not been used in so long."gret............i......nuw.......mai......nime."his voice became more stable as he continued to talk."nuw.....i....jast..gotta figure out where i am.". for once he took a look at his surroundings.he was on a plain.his pod was behind him and in front of him there was a path.he quickly stood up as he saw a pink cube coming toward him."hey what the heck is that thing?and is it just me or does it look angry?"he said to himself.he jumped a foot when he heard a voice coming from his pouch.he opened it and took out the radio."bzzzzzzz.hey! can u-bzzzzzzz-hear me?",the voice said."um yeah",mentro replied."great!hey whats ur name?",the voice asked.mentro was starting to get suspicias but he didnt really know anything about this place so he took the risk."mentro",he said. "okay.now-bzzzzzzzt-how about u-bzzt-making ur to the rescue camp recruit!",the voice said.'the WHAT?'mentro thought.mentro said"um okay." "oh and u should probably take care of the jellie cubes headed ur way! see ya!".the voice said."wait what?!" mentro asked. suddenly he was tackeled from behind."damn!"he exclaimed.he had been distracted from the cube and he had payed the price for it. he was about to draw his sword when a thought popped into his mind. 'wait......I dont know how to fight!'. the realization was almost imeadiatly replaced by a memory.he had his proto sword drawn and charging.he releashed and destroyed the scuttle bots in front of him.the memory faded."wait.... maybe if a charge up my sword....."he quickly drew his word and started charging.then 5 more jelly cubes appeared."oh great! just what i need!"he finished charging then ran up to the 6 cubes in front of him.he releashed his sword and yelled"die!".he killed the jellies then picked up one of the bronze coins they had dropped."dunno what this is but i might need it."then another memory appeared in his mind.he was purchasing energy from a vendor.he took out one of the coins and handed it to him.the memory faded."what?",he said"when did that happen?!"suddenly he felt something grab his leg.he looked down.nothing was there."what the-"he was about to say but was cut off as he was suddenly yanked forward.his head landed on a rock that had been unconviently placed there."owwwwwwwww" he said.he tried to stand up and feelt something grab his arm."oh cmon!" he yelled as he hit a tree.he drew his sword then stood up and looked around.mentro felt something latch onto his chest and he was just in time to see a chromalisk before getting thrown into another tree."this is getting annoying" he said through clenched teeth.he looked at where the chroma lisk was a second ago but it wasnt there anymore."how'd it get away so fast?" he said to himself.he saw a flicker of movement out of the corner of his eye and he turned to look.he raised his shield as he saw a tongue apear from the spot he thought he saw movement at.the tongue hit the shield and then a green chromalisk appeared."wait........can these things turn invisible?!" he shouted.the chromalisk tryed to pull him forward,but this time mentro was ready.he pulled his shield back sharply and the the chromalisk came hurlting towards him.he dodged as flew towards him.the chromalisk hit a tree and lay there stunned."ha.karma is sweet."he said. the chromalisk got up and turned invisible once more."hmmmm.i cant keep doing this." he murmed.then he thought 'hold on,dont i have a gun?'.he looked at his side and took out the proto gun.he grinned.he saw the tongue come at him and raised his shield."stupid things dont learn.well maybe this this will teache it a lesson." he aimed his gun at the lizard and fired.the bullet hit the chromalisk and it dissinegrated.he walked over and picked up the bronze crown."all that for this."he said.he started walking and soon came across red blocks with hearts on them.next to them he saw a disk on the ground that emitted a hollowgraphic image.it said'break open red blocks for hearts to heal yourself'. "maybe i should break a couple." mentro decided.he took out his proto sword and hit one of the blocks.it shattered and a few crystal-like herats appered where it had been a moment before.he picked one up and said,"how do use this?" he decide to just crush it with his hand.as he crushed the heart a red mist surrounded him.he felt his strength returning as it slipped into his armor."wow!that stuff really works!" he exclaimed.he started walking again and soon came across a gate.he walked into it and when he did he saw a sign inside.it said'welcome to POD TOWN:rescue camp'. "i made it"mentro said it so softly it was barely audible."i made it to the rescue camp".
