TOXIC VAPORIZER
Seriously, Vile Striker is gonna be useless afterwards and Plague Needle/Biohazard, you don't wanna sit around shooting for a chance at poison.
Also Toxic Vaporizer clears non-poison arenas "eventually" (just don't kill the healers and save them for last), it's perfect for that fire arena which is immune to Fiery Vaporizer.

both biohazard and plague needle will poison much better than vile striker, which you choose depends on how you play. I completely not recommend vile striker if what you want is to poison, maybe I was unlucky, but it was that bad. Also you got 100% chance of poison with Venom Veiler, these three weapons must use its charges to have a good chance of poison, with normal attacks it will take more shots. Plague Needle may miss to poison if your bullets hit something else than your target, you'll have to aim well, if you do its almost certain poisoning since it shoots a lot of bullets on a round.

DVS is actually a rather
DVS is actually a rather underrated weapon I think. Certainly not the best sword but it has its uses. I like using it for lumbers and Phase 1 Vanaduke for basically the same reason. You can spin them both around and continuously attack them while doing so.

DVS is sexy for Duke. The best weapon you can get for killing Duke's mask and you can dance around Duke phase 1 without letting him ever attack you by cutting him while moving. Polaris and DVS are enough to successfully complete the duke fight without getting hit solo and it takes maybe like 12-15 minutes.
Basically, DVS is just a cool sword to have if you like to solo. My only problem with it is that acheron just completely outclasses its ability to kill gremlin healers, when DVS should be the ultimate anti-healer sword. The ghost swing's range is just too short which is disappointing.
