Topic: Ridiculous that OOO adds content that requires buying ridiculous amounts of CE when they dont even bother to address problems that have existed for months with guns / they are wasting their money on updates just because they are greedy and only care about $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.
ive played for months and months. I haven't played since beta but long enough to know what is wrong with the game / what is good.
There is constantly threads on the forums complaining and little threads giving thanks, but just because you get tired of it does not mean you completely ignore it and treat your playerbase like dirt that has pocket-money.
Its that there has been so much problems and complaints with guns being so broken that eventually people even stopped voicing it. If it was someone who cared about their playerbase they would TRY to balance instead of not caring one bit. Guns itself is not the real issue that is the problem, its that OOO does not give a damn. It is ridiculous, and it is enough. Their best update they could come up with is new content that requires you to pay hefty amounts of money to even attempt. People have been waiting a very, very long time for better end-game content, yay its awesome OOO gave end-game content to us, but yet again the evil greed implements the terrible shadow key idea that is purely about benefitting OOO ONCE AGAIN and the end-game players are now mad. Will the shadow keys be fixed? i doubt it, OOO will leech off of the 3 or 4 that are willing to pay for it. But about guns, i do not gun and could care less if they fixed guns, but the fact that they haven't even looked into yet for months and it isn't even on their to-fix list is damn terrible.
To sum up what spiralknights was to me: Awesome game that many people loved including myself, but is filled with bugs, many have bad lag, its unbalanced, the playerbase is ignored, and finally the fact that it is ran by the corrupt and greedy OOO. I have tried to convince myself that i like the game and OOO for making the game, but if they are like this then it's no longer do-able.
Because I know and am 100% confident (which is pathetic and sad) that devs don't see or care about this thread or any others that complain i can say: Do not get trapped and fall into the scam. Quit while you can. This is coming from someone who liked spiralknights a lot like you.

You can hit him with projectiles no problem. I've landed hits with both an Umbra Driver and Radiant Sunshards Bomb. When he's in the air it apears you can't hit him with anything. Timing is everything.

Yeah the non-accessible content is pretty ridiculous, but guns (not necessarily the punkin it was the gateway to complain about guns being ignored) is the worst. They are more interested in your $$$ wether or not you pay regularly, or pay just one time to help push that shadow key or get that energy-costly upgrade / get a good start than being interested in making the game balanced / not broken. Basically their mindset is money > the game and it'll sort of be that way until their money they spend to improve the game (which recently was a big waste which you might agree with this pathetic update) will be actually helpful to the game.

If you can read i didnt complain because of bugs. if you can read just dont understand whats unbalanced about guns and has been for months then you can do some research on guns
and im not quitting im just saying to the guy that is second-guessing wether or not he should keep playing: it aint gettin better from here. at least so far unless OOO would like to do something productive, im stating how this has been kept up for months.

im not quitting, but im not happy either, i'm just avoiding new content until they hopefully make it more reasonable to try, despite my tirades against this situation I'm actually quite optimistic that Nick and the rest of the dev team are sitting around some table having an emergency meeting to hammer out a fix to this that they will release in the near future.
I just wish they would come out and plainly say something like "okay, we see your mad, were working on an answer" instead of the vague "your feedback is important to us" muck they've been giving us.

ive played sk for months too and im fine with the game, just think they waste effort with releasing content not every1 can access for a reasonable price
