Generally lows aren't worth
Generally lows aren't worth that much. Meds can be sold for decent prices to people who use trinkets (I'm talking about CTR, ASI, stuff like that, not resists for the most part). Max UVs are almost always worth a pretty penny.
Also, getting a dmg increase on a elemental weapon against beasts or gremlins (which are both strong against elemental) won't be worth that much.

if you dont have the means to buy better gear keep it, you can sell it okay for your current means but isnt worth a looot of money
